Use import when you already have notes, outlines, drafts, references, or source material somewhere else.

After importing, decide whether the material belongs in a System or a Project.

Imported material becomes an Artifact

Once imported, material becomes an Artifact inside a System, where it can be used as context across Projects.

Draftroom accepts notes, outlines, draft text, research documents, reference material, and other content.

Which System should it go into?

Think about which piece of work this material belongs to, then add it to the System that serves that work.

• + A brand voice guide belongs in the System for that brand.
• + A series bible belongs in the System for that series.
• + A teaching framework belongs in the System for that course program.
