Draftroom is a structured creative workspace for writing, planning, research, drafting, and AI-assisted collaboration.
Draftroom helps users organize systems, projects, artifacts, drafts, notes, and context for long-form or complex creative work.
Draftroom may include AI-assisted features, but you remain responsible for your work, decisions, content, and outputs.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Draftroom.
If you are using Draftroom on behalf of a company, organization, or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You should not use AI-assisted features as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any third-party provider terms, Draftroom does not claim ownership over AI-assisted outputs generated for you through your use of the service.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of any AI output is appropriate, lawful, and non-infringing.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or requests, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that Draftroom or AI-assisted outputs will meet your needs or expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draftroom and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Draftroom will be limited to the amount you paid to use Draftroom in the three months before the claim, or $100 CAD if you have not paid anything.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Draftroom and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
